Rev. Stephanie Workman

The Rev. Stephanie Arnold Workman serves as Senior Pastor of Santa Fe Presbyterian Church, where she is passionate about helping people grow in faith and live out the love of Christ in daily life.

A graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity) and Wake Forest University (B.S. in Religion and Sociology), Stephanie has served in ministry for over twenty years. Before coming to Santa Fe, she was Associate Pastor for Mission and Education at a church in North Carolina, where she led mission partnerships, developed educational programs for all ages, and helped the congregation become a leader in the community.

Stephanie is known for her thoughtful teaching, warm pastoral care, and commitment to community engagement. She finds joy in creating spaces where people can explore faith honestly and discover how Scripture speaks to everyday life.

Outside of church, Stephanie enjoys time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and spending time with her son and their dog. She warmly invites all to discover God’s grace, hope, and love at Santa Fe Presbyterian Church.
