Our youth generally get together on Sunday afternoons to spend time developing life-long Christian friends by having fun, sharing their lives, and whatever activities that our youth team has put together for them that week. Of course, each week ends with a short prayer service.
Our meeting days and times can vary, so if you are looking to attend, please contact Mitch for a schedule of upcoming events.
Whether it's helping at vacation bible school, travelling to a disaster area to help rebuild, or helping one of our senior Church members with their yardwork, our youth learn that they have responsibilites as followers of Christ to serve their fellow man. Highlights include:
- Mission trips to Goodland Academy
- Helping rebuild a church in Houston after the hurricane
- Parents' Freedom Afternoon - where the youth watch over our younger members so parents can have some time together
Our youth have been able to go on many trips of varying lengths to explore their world together and grow in Christ. Two trips that are always favorites are the Presbyterian Youth Triennium Conference and Trinity Youth Conference. The youth do all their own fundraising for these events and we have never had, nor ever will, leave someone behind because of cost.
