Listening is one step beyond hearing. Samuel's call is a good example of that difference. There are two questions for us between hearing and listening. 1) Are we willing to listen? and 2) Are we ready to listen? God is calling for us all the time, but too often we are too focused on the noise that drowns him out or too willing to say that God must be talking to someone else because we aren't worthy. Today's sermon can help you recognize that God can and does speak to us all the time and everywhere.
