Bethlehem was not the end goal, rather it was the beginning of a new journey. As such, Christmas is not the end of our calling, rather the beginning. But with all the work and excitement that Christmas brings, we run into two different struggles. First, we celebrate the end and fail to carry our calling forward. Second, we try to stay in Christmas and keep the Messiah in the manger. Mitch helps us work toward our calling to be resolved as the people of God.
