Baptism isn't just a cleansing of sins that allows you to go out and get dirty again. Baptism is a recognition of a deep desire to change one's life. However, that leaves the question of Jesus's baptism. What business did Jesus have getting baptized by John? Jesus was demonstrating the true form of submission in human form. Mitch explains how that submission must be mirrored in our own lives as a submission to God that will allow us to move into a closer relationship with God and invites us to renew our baptismal vows.
