Peace In Our Time

Shortly before WWII, Brittish Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain proclaimed that his peace agreement would mean "Peace for our time."  He was wrong, and his message would be muddled into "Peace In Our Time."  This is one of the most famous, but still just one of literally countless examples of failed efforts to seek God's desire of peace on earth.  Why does what appears to be God's will, peace, so often fail?  Mitch helps us understand that this peace fails because it too often is a self-centered peace, leaving out too many people.  Yet, more importantly, the hope for peace remains among God's true followers.  A peace based on God's love and unity, no matter how unreasonable it may seem, that starts with us.
